Dr. Matthew Mitsch is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Specializing in cosmetic venous disorders, Dr. Mitsch has been acting as the head of the Cosmetic Vein Center since 2008, when he established the company.
Dr. Mitsch was born and raised in upstate New York, obtained his MD at the Albany Medical College, and pursued postgraduate training in New York City and Detroit. He was then accepted into a prestigious oculoplastic program under the guidance of Dr. Geoffrey Gladstone and Dr. Frank Nesi in Detroit.
Dr. Mitsch is a Physician Member of the American College of Phlebology, which is the premier association for physicians and allied health professionals working in the field of phlebology.
